- “Client” or “You” refers to the person booking or using our services.

Booking and Payments
Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Quick Tips.
- A booking is only confirmed after payment of the required deposit or full amount.
Payment Terms
- Payments must be made as per the schedule provided at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
- Full payment is required 14 days before departure unless stated otherwise.
Late Payments
Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by the Client
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Quick Tips.
- Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- 30+ days before departure: 10% of the total cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total cost (no refund).
Cancellations by Quick Tips
- Quick Tips reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or government regulations.
- In such cases, you may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as airline tickets and hotel bookings, may be non-refundable as per supplier policies.
Travel Documents and Requirements
- It is your responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) are valid and up-to-date.
- Quick Tips is not liable for any issues arising from insufficient or incorrect documentation.
Health and Safety
- You are responsible for assessing your fitness to travel and notifying Quick Tips of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.
- Quick Tips may require health forms or certifications for certain activities.
Liability and Indemnity
Limitation of Liability
- Quick Tips acts as an intermediary for travel services (e.g., transportation, accommodation) and is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party providers.
- Quick Tips is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold Quick Tips harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to Itinerary
- Quick Tips reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Alternative arrangements will be made, subject to availability, and any additional costs will be communicated.
Complaints and Disputes
- Any complaints must be reported to Quick Tips immediately during the trip to allow us to address the issue.
- If unresolved, formal complaints must be submitted within 14 days after the trip.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the Quick Tips website, brochures, and marketing materials is the intellectual property of Quick Tips and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
